RETURNS

At Holahora we try to describe every item as accurately as possible and display it with many images so you can have a real idea of how the product looks like. However, if once you receive your order, the item is not what you expected, you can return or change your purchase. You have up to 14 business days from the reception of the product to return or exchange your order.

Once you have decided to return an item, you may go to your personal account and select the item you want to return within the order details page. After that, you will receive the instructions so that you can send it to our facilities:

All merchandise must be returned with its original packaging, warranty and instructions manual. The item must be in sellable conditions and should not show traces of use, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the refund. Remember to attach a copy of your order so we can easily identify you.

Shipping costs of return are at your own. Feel free to choose and use the shipping company that best suits your needs or offers you the most competitive prices.

If you prefer, we can manage the collection of the package but you should let us know. This option will cost 6€ for returns within Spain (Peninsula) that will be deducted from the amount of the purchase. For returns from other destinations, please contact us.

Once we receive the product and check that it is in perfect conditions, we will proceed to refund you. Until we will not receive the product we will not be able to issue the refund.

EXCHANGES

If once you receive the product you prefer to change it for whatever reason, you can fill out the return form that you will find in the section "Returns and changes" in your account and you will receive the necessary instructions to proceed with your exchange.

Please specify which is the new item you want to receive and add a note to the parcel you are returning.

Once we receive it, we will contact you to process the new order.
